Zephyr, a solitary surfer with a troubled past has come to Australia's Gold Coast to find an escape. When she is abducted by a shark-obsessed serial killer and held captive on his boat, she must figure out how to escape before he carries out a ritualistic feeding to the sharks below in Dangerous Animals.
Baker gets a little carried away when trying to shock his audience, but he generates a compelling nightmare, adding an interesting intimidation factor to an odd study of perversion and death.

The film is a nail-biting thriller at heart but with a chilling horror movie edge. Add in a dash of sharksploitation and a career best performance from Jai Courtney and you’ve got a wildly entertaining feature with a gnarly B-movie bite.
