TREW To You Film Project: The Senderos

Senderos is one of four grassroots ski and snowboard films that will be shown on the TREW To You Film Tour presented by TREW Gear. TREW passes the mic to budding filmmakers and riders with real, untold stories from the mountains and beyond. Each crew is competing for a $15,000 filmmaking grant, and audiences get to vote their favorite crew into the top spot.
Named for the Spanish word for paths, with a nod to "send it", Senderos follows snowboarder Zach Hagy as he searches for community in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. Zach crosses paths with riders Norbu Frances, Danny Ebenstein, and Savannah Huerta-Bailey, a crew of friends whose styles span park, backcountry, and telemark skiing. Shot in and around Ski Santa Fe and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, this TREW To You original film is a reminder that the soul of winter isn't always about the biggest lines; it's about the community that makes it meaningful.
